The volunteers of Group 89 arrived in Thailand in 1986 and served from 1986 to 1988. Thai 89 consisted of 26 volunteers who served in the Secondary TEFL, Nutrition Malaria Control, 4-H Extension, Land Reform, Water Resources, and Fisheries program areas.
