Thai 96 trained for their Peace Corps service in Rajburi. The volunteers of Group 96 arrived in Thailand in 1990 and served from 1990 to 1992. Thai 96 consisted of 45 volunteers who served in the Community Development, Diversified Farming, National Park Development, Soil and Water Conservation, Water Resources, Nutrition, Filariasis Control, Rural Water Supply, and Primary Education program areas.
